Using the results of our property assessment, we activate (design and stage) the property. Then, develop a compelling listing including any relevant details about local venues and points of interest.

3. Co-Host The Property

Once we activate a property, the core value of our partnership continues through our end-to-end ownership of the guest experience. From booking through check-out, we ensure guests are pampered and leave happy. 

Location, Property Size and Proximity to Venues

We currently own, co-host or strategically partner with property owners and investors in Brooklyn and Atlanta. Focusing on marquee and key markets has enabled us to grow smart while effectively scaling.

Upcoming markets include Miami, Austin and Trinidad & Tobago.
